Princes Risborough is a small market town in Buckinghamshire close to both large towns of Aylesbury and High Wycombe. It lies at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and offers stunning countryside views as well as many walks and cycle paths. The town is overlooked by the famous White leaf Cross, carved in the chalk of the hillside, and the high street offers a wide range of shops and restaurants, including a Tesco's, Marks & Spencer's food hall and WH Smiths. Princes Risborough offers both fantastic road and railway links with Princes Risborough mainline Railway Station offering direct trains to London Marylebone from 34 minutes. The M40 motorway provides fast access to the M25 or M4 motorway networks. Schooling in the area is excellent in both public and private sectors.
